So I went for a run in October and lets just say it was embarrassing and I didn’t get far. I rang PT Wirral and Jason kindly put me in touch with Charlie. I have been once a week since and now feel very fit and I have lost a lot of weight.
Initially when I met with Charlie we came up with a plan including my diet. Don’t get me wrong, it was not easy and a great part of the plan requires a lot of home input. I have massively changed my diet (and kept to it!) and try to exercise regularly. Stopping drinking has massively helped!
I have lost ?? In just 5 weeks and now look good and feel good! Lots of people have commented and I can’t thank PT Wirral enough, especially Charlie. Their approach is friendly, relaxed and informal whilst very professional and structured.
I am now approaching the next phase which is maintaining my weight and toning up! Off to Australia for a holiday in February so I best be fit by then, so far so good!
Highly recommended, far better than your normal gym where you lack motivation and don’t progress nearly as much. I am now going to a normal gym as well as PT with Charlie and intend to continue for the foreseeable future.
