Facilities


Sessions are held at Leasow Castle on the Wirral.


The gym has two rooms with all cardio machines, free weights, weight machines and cable system with a Max Rax machine.

The gym and changing rooms are all fully air conditioned and you will have the full use of the sauna, steam room and spa area.


There is a stunning aerobics studio upstairs that I use for my circuit training and kettlebell workout.

All this is included in the price of your sessions and you don't even have to be a member of the gym for the use of the facilities.

A kettlebell or Russian gira (russ) is a traditional Russian training tool. A kettlebell looks like a cannon ball with a handle on and is often referred to as a hand held gym. It’s diverse and can help strengthen tone and promote great hip and shoulder flexibility – along with endurance and explosiveness it really does tackle all components of fitness by challenging both muscular and cardio vascular system with dynamic and total body movements.



Kettlebells for Men

Because kettlebells vary in weight (KG) from 4kg up to 48kg building both muscle and gaining great strength by using this magical training tool is not being unrealistic. Russian strong men and power lifters often add kettlebells to their training regime. Resident strong man for the Moscow state circus Bakhrom Akhnazarov uses them in his show and for his training. Tone up your stomach arms and legs by using kettlebells. You can burn up to 8oo calories and recruit up to 600 muscles and work your cardio vascular system with one kettlebell workout. Geri Haliwell got rid of her mummy tummy by working out with kettlebells and really got her body back into shape. You will start to feel more energised, healthy, alert and more confident within yourself by using kettlebells.
