




When I first started with Jason I was very unhealthy, totally out of shape and had no energy.
This was a combination of no exercise and eating all the wrong foods at all the wrong times. As a club and bar owner I found it difficult to find time to workout and eat sensibly (Well that was my excuse at the time!)

Jason's workouts are planned to a science and never boring, I really enjoy using kettlebells, bulgarian bags and other functional exercises that I've never done before. Because of this I'm in the best shape of my life and at 42 I never thought I could lose 3.5 stone and be fitter and stronger than ever before. I started with jason in august 2010, since then I have lost 3 stone and my body fat has gone from 39% to 28%. I'm 55 years old and I feel fitter and healthier than I did when I was 25.

I am now half way through my weight loss challenge and have dropped from a dress size 24 to a size 16 in eight months. Apart from looking and feeling a whole lot better the important thing is my health has improved dramatically. I have lowered my cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure levels to the safe zone and my GP is exceptionally pleased.
Jason also told me last week that I have lost a massive nine inches from around my waist since I started training with him. He charts your success and the motivation is immense. I know I will get the job done now as Jason keeps me moving and my diet on track.
I have had my wobbles and it's been tough, especially during the last couple of months. Despite work pressure and time restraints Jason has kept me motivated. His friendly words and encouragement have kept me focused and I will continue now until I have shifted the next half of the weight.

I started the selection process for Army Officer training during my final year of university. I was given my initial assessment dates and I started training to meet the fitness requirements but didn’t really know what I was doing and I wasn’t getting anywhere. I got in touch with Jason and we discussed what the physical requirements were and how we would work towards achieving them.
After only a few sessions I noticed improvements in my performance, these improvements would continue during the year I trained with Jason. It was always a pleasure to train with Jason, even the early morning sessions! Jason always kept the training fresh and new to stop it becoming stale and boring, we even trained outside when the weather permitted. During the selection process, there were several fitness assessments, all of which I passed easily.
Whether you are looking to improve your overall fitness or training for a specific goal then I would recommend going to Jason. In September 2010 I realised my dream and started the Army Officer commissioning course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
I have been training with Jason for 2 1/2 years now. Before I was 4 stone heavier and unfit. I knew I wanted a change and that I needed some professional advice about training and nutrition. How to start, what exercise to do, what to eat, and more importantly what was right for me.

Jason has been fantastic through out my weight loss journey! There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel but with his expertise and motivation I managed to loose all my baby weight and then some! In August 2007 I decided to recruit the help of a Personal Trainer. Whilst I had already lost 3 ½ stone at that point since January 07 I had started to plateau and my motivation with it. I chose Jason based on how I had seen him work with other clients and after talking to other people in my gym.
My aerobic fitness was good but I needed someone to help me do resistance work and to tone up. I have now lost 5 stone and 7 lbs with a little more to go.

I first approached Jason back in June of 2006. I was cleared from a tumour on my collar bone and felt like I needed to change my life as weight crept on over the years of being inactive. I originally wanted to see Jason for two to three months because I felt that I needed a kick start in my health and fitness.
