This past weekend saw two Kettlebell Workshops taking place. The first, a beginners guide to Kettlebells held at the PTW studio. The second, the “Hardstlyle Kettlebells” for Crossfit, at Crossfit Liverpool with head coach Matthew Green.
As always the emphasis of the workshops where education, movement, mobility and technique. Going over solid fundamentals and building a strong foundation was the message all participants took home, and applied very well in the practical tasks.
