Tabata training method!
Tabata training is a Japanese form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and has been proven to work cardio vascular and improve glucose metabolism and fat burning!
The Tabata method is 20 seconds of ultra intense exercise followed by 10 secs recovery and this lasts around 4 mins (8 cycles) e.g. 20 secs of press-ups, 10 secs rest, then 20 secs skipping, followed 10 secs rest and repeat this another 6 cycles for a total of 8 cycles!
